Puppies
We do offer ‘puppy pampers’ to get your furry baby started out on the right path with grooming.
Puppy Pampers involve getting your baby acquainted with all the equipment, noises and smells of the grooming salon, without the stress. Sometimes we can get through the groom, sometimes we may send home a damp puppy. But it is always best to get started without fear, then they will learn to enjoy the experience.

Matted dogs
will incur extra charges of £5 – £15 depending on severity and extra time taken.
Fleas.
If your dog is found to have fleas, evidence will be taken for you, the appointment cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount of the groom to cover costs of cleaning the van.
